The Titus Task

The Titus Task Fund was established in memory of our son that we were in the process of adopting from Haiti. Sadly, 1 in 10 children in Haiti do not live to see their 1st birthday. Titus was one of these children — but God had a specific plan for his life before calling him home to Heaven. The Titus Task was built on the message of loving our neighbor. Haiti is our neighbor, but these children live in every corner of the world.

It is a message for today – to look after orphans, to share our food with the
hungry, to provide the poor with shelter, when we see the naked to give them the shirt off our back, to not turn away. Isaiah 58

It’s our turn. This is our prayer – that we will Relate to people, that we will go when we are called to help Restore the places in need, that we will rightly restore our own relationships, and God will Rejoice over how The Titus Task is used and that He will get all the glory as the Giver of all good things.

We were given a financial gift for our adoption of Titus. We believe many other
families would provide a child with a home if the financial burden were not so great. We desire for Titus’ life to matter much more than the number of his days he spent on this earth. With your tax deductible donation—you can help more children find a family. The Titus Task t-shirt is given with your minimum donation of $25. The design on the t-shirt is an abstract of the country of Haiti. We hope you will enjoy wearing the shirt and have many opportunities to be a voice for orphans, like Titus, around the world.
